Rockbourne has been retained to help appoint a Chief Financial Officer to lead, scale and
institutionalise our clients' financial ecosystem.
This is a rare opportunity to join a highly secure long-term real estate investment platform that will scale significantly over the coming years.
Working directly with the CEO and the leadership team, you will take full ownership of the financial team and play a pivotal role in shaping an emerging UK leader in the acquisition, development and management of income-generating properties.
Why join?
Platform Security
The business is backed by a strong, evergreen balance sheet investor, providing long-term
stability and resilience. The position is highly secure and not dependent on deal cycles, exits,
or fund wind-downs. This is a long-term platform, not an exit-driven vehicle.
Platform Evolution
The business is transitioning from a single-investor model to a multi-investor platform. This
role will sit at the centre of that evolution, leading on financial structuring, investor reporting,
and systems as the platform broadens its capital base.
Scale & Growth Ambition

Access & Influence
The position offers direct access to the CEO and genuine influence over the platform’s
strategy, financial architecture, and decision-making. The successful candidate will act as a
trusted partner, shaping how the business is structured, funded, and governed as it evolves.
Working Culture & Flexibility
The culture is adult, flexible, and output-focused. Success is defined less by formal KPIs and
more by value creation, ownership, and trust.
