The Company
We are currently representing an established UK-based manufacturer of power solutions that is entering a pivotal phase of growth. Servicing a wide variety of industries including construction, infrastructure, and utilities, the business provides solutions that enable companies to realise lower costs, increased efficiencies, and greener operations. In response to recent growth and an increase in demand for their product range they are now seeking a Chief Sales Officer to help them scale into a clear market leader.
The Role
This position will report directly to the CEO take ownership of all commercial operations. This will include sales, marketing, business development, sector strategy, partnerships, and European channel growth. The role's primary mandate is to architect and deliver a multi-year growth strategy, and scale revenues significantly while building a predictable, well-governed commercial engine. You will align sector teams behind a single growth vision, strengthen the value proposition across priority markets, and position the business as the partner of choice for companies, contractors and distributors.
The Candidate
As a tenured sales professional you have experience operating at the Director level and leading the sales and marketing function in a related sector. You have a strong track record of scaling revenue, leading and mentoring teams, managing enterprise sales cycles, and improving sales and marketing operations. You have successfully developed strategic partnerships with OEMs and channels, and possess a sharp commercial mindset, with the ability to translate strategy into execution. This role is best suite to a commercially driven leader who combines entrepreneurial energy with strategic discipline, and who wants to play a defining role in shaping the future of this business in the UK and beyond.
