The Role – Strategic Project Lead
This is not a typical account management role. This is a commercial, operational, and client-facing role where you own outcomes and revenue.
You will:
- Own a portfolio of customers and the revenue from those accounts
- Work directly with founders, CEOs, and senior operators
- Lead high-priority projects end-to-end
- Coordinate recruiters and drive execution
- Solve ambiguous business problems
- Help improve operations as the company scales
You are responsible for results, not just managing process.
Who They’re Looking For
High-achieving early-career professionals 2 - 5 (max) years of experience with strong problem-solving ability and high ambition.
