You’re proactive, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure, with the ability to keep pace with a leader whose calendar (and priorities!) shift quickly.
The Role: Executive Assistant to Chief Revenue Officer (Contract-to-Hire)
The City: San Francisco (Hybrid)
The Money: $50-$70/hour DOE

The Day-to-Day Support
- Manage complex, ever-shifting calendars across internal meetings, client calls, pipeline reviews, etc.
- Coordinate travel aligned with revenue meetings, conferences, and client engagements
- Prepare materials for sales reviews, forecasting meetings, and leadership offsites
- Track action items and follow-ups from pipeline, deal, and strategy meetings to ensure momentum
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Operations to support revenue initiatives and leadership priorities
