About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst with deep experience in data-led problem solving, automation, and insight generation. This role requires a strong ability to independently own business problems end-to-end—from understanding requirements, exploring and transforming data, generating insights, building dashboards, and presenting clear recommendations to leadership. Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Problem Solving & Ownership
- Engage with cross-functional teams to understand business problems, define analytical objectives, and translate requirements into actionable analytical plans.
- Take complete responsibility for the data lifecycle: extraction, transformation, analysis, visualization, and insight reporting.
- Deliver timely, high-quality insights with minimal oversight, ensuring clarity and business relevance.
2. Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Break down complicated analysis into simple, intuitive summaries tailored for leadership and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong inferential skills, ensuring analytical outputs drive real business decisions.
- Summarize product analytics data into concise, easy-to-consume narratives.
3. Dashboarding & Visualization
- Build intuitive, user-friendly dashboards that help business and technical teams monitor performance and uncover opportunities.
- Ensure visualizations follow best practices for clarity, usability, and business impact.
4. Tooling, Automation & Technical Execution
- Write clean SQL/Python code for data extraction, transformation, automation, and analysis.
- Use automation platforms such as Clay, Make/n8n, and Databricks.
- Maintain high data hygiene standards and ensure reproducibility of analysis.
5. MarTech, Web Analytics & CRM Understanding
- Use GA4 to interpret website traffic, marketing performance, and user behavior.
- Leverage Semrush for keyword insights, SEO intelligence, and competitive analysis.
- Work with Salesforce and HubSpot to analyze pipelines, campaigns, and revenue insights.
- Combine marketing, product, and sales datasets to generate comprehensive business intelligence.
