Icanio Technology Labs Private Limited seeks a proactive Management Intern to support scaling business operations in a dynamic IT environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to operations scaling, project coordination, and strategic execution, mirroring real-world responsibilities in a growing firm.
Assist the overseeing of project delivery using SCRUM, coordinating between project managers, developers, testers, and designers to track timelines and deliverables.
Support cross-functional operations across HR, sales, marketing, and delivery, including setting up processes in Odoo CRM / HR modules and process documentation.
Research operational efficiencies, such as compliance with Indian labour laws, vendor management, and training program logistics.
Prepare reports and dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets on KPIs like Team Productivity, client satisfaction, and growth metrics.
Participate in team meetings, note alignment issues, and contribute to communication training sessions on structured updates and delay management.
