Revenue Operations Manager
£55,000–£65,000 + Equity
London | Hybrid, 4 days per week
We’re working with a scale-up fintech that’s redefining how businesses manage currency risk. With significant recent growth and backing from top-tier investors, this is a high-impact opportunity to shape revenue systems from the ground up. The team is small, sharp, and moving fast - making this the perfect environment for someone who loves building systems, owning tools, and turning insights into commercial wins.
The Revenue Operations Manager will take full ownership of the go-to-market tech stack, ensuring every piece - from data enrichment to attribution - works in harmony to deliver results.
The Revenue Operations Manager will...
- Own and optimise a modern GTM stack, including HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, and analytics tools
- Build and maintain clean, enriched data to supercharge inbound, outbound, and ABM efforts
- Track and act on high-intent buying signals like fundraises, tech usage, or hiring trends
- Design routing and sequencing workflows that get the right leads to sales at the right time
- Run experiments end-to-end: from idea to launch to measurable impact
You Will Need
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Clay, and data enrichment platforms
- Confidence working with messy data, signals, and iterative testing
- A love of structure and execution - not just strategy
- An adaptive, solutions-first mindset - and comfort suggesting better ways of working
- Curiosity about fintech, FX markets, or financial services (bonus, not required)
Why You’ll Love It
- £55,000–£65,000 base + stock options
- Huge autonomy to design and run the revenue engine
- Office culture that prioritises collaboration, ownership, and rapid iteration
- Deep exposure to revenue, marketing, and product strategy
- FCA-regulated and ISO 27001 certified - combining innovation with security
