Job Description:
The CFO will lead the company’s financial strategy, governance, and performance, ensuring strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and value creation. The role requires extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector and hands-on exposure to finance leadership in a listed/public company environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, taxation, treasury, and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with stock exchange regulations, corporate governance, and statutory requirements.
- Lead investor relations, board reporting, and interactions with auditors and regulators.
- Support growth initiatives, capital raising, and M&A activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance).
- 10-15 years of finance leadership experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a listed/public company.
