Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals
- Act as a strategic partner to the MD and Board of Directors
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making and growth initiatives
Financial Management & Control
- Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure timely preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements
- Monitor and control costs, margins, and working capital
- Establish strong internal controls and financial governance frameworks
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, TDS, FEMA, and other statutory regulations
- Manage internal, statutory, and tax audits
- Identify financial, operational, and regulatory risks and implement mitigation strategies
Treasury & Fund Management
- Manage cash flow, banking operations, fund planning, and utilization
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and lenders
- Oversee loans, credit facilities, guarantees, and financial covenants
Taxation & Regulatory
- Oversee direct and indirect taxation, tax planning, and assessments
- Handle notices, assessments, and representations with tax authorities
- Ensure optimal tax efficiency within legal frameworks
Team Leadership & ERP
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
- Oversee ERP systems, MIS reporting, and financial automation
- Strengthen reporting mechanisms for management and stakeholders
Business & Project Support
- Support tendering, pricing, and project financial evaluation
- Monitor project profitability, billing, and collections
- Assist in contract review from a financial and risk perspective
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking ability
- Excellent knowledge of financial planning, taxation, compliance, and audits
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced MIS reporting
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
