Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Manufacturing Growth Leader
A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and execution during a targeted 5–10% year-over-year growth phase. This executive role partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive sustainable growth, operational discipline, and strong financial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading company-wide financial strategy, forecasting, and capital planning to support 7–10% annual growth
- Overseeing accounting, FP&A, treasury, and financial governance
- Driving operational finance, cost control, margin improvement, and working capital optimization
- Managing tariff exposure, trade compliance, and supply chain finance, including modeling tariff impacts on COGS and pricing
- Partnering cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and leadership to support data-driven decisions
Ideal candidates will have:
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within manufacturing
- Proven success supporting steady, disciplined growth (5–10%+)
- Hands-on experience with tariffs, trade regulations, and global sourcing impacts
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred
