The Role: This is a high-impact, technical, and strategic role. You will work across a variety of client environments to:
- Audit & Strategize: Lead discovery sessions to identify process bottlenecks and design scalable architectural solutions.
- Implement & Automate: Own the technical build-out within "Best in Class" stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, n8n, Make, etc.).
- Data Integrity: Build the "Single Source of Truth" by solving complex data hygiene issues and setting up reliable forecasting.
- Drive Adoption: Partner with client stakeholders to ensure new processes aren't just built, but are actually used and loved by the teams they serve.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience specifically as a Revenue Operations Manager.
- Consulting Background: Ideally, you have experience in a consulting or agency environment, comfortable managing multiple projects and client stakeholders simultaneously.
- Platform Mastery: Advanced proficiency in CRM architecture (HubSpot or Salesforce) and a passion for automation logic (Make, n8n, Zapier).
- The "Friction-Fighter" Mindset: You have a natural urge to automate manual tasks and an obsession with clean, efficient workflows.
- Communication: The ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
