The Role
As Head of Revenue Operations, you will own the design and execution of the company’s revenue infrastructure across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
You’ll work closely with regional and global leadership to drive operational clarity, forecasting accuracy, and scalable GTM processes, ensuring teams are aligned, efficient and set up to exceed growth targets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Defining and executing the APAC RevOps strategy aligned to global GTM objectives
- Building scalable processes across pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning and performance analytics
- Partnering with Sales Leadership to improve revenue predictability and deal velocity
- Leading CRM strategy, tooling optimisation, and AI-driven insights across the revenue stack
- Designing compensation plans, reporting frameworks and operational cadences
- Driving cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance
- Developing dashboards and executive-level reporting to support strategic decision-making

What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or GTM Strategy roles within SaaS or high-growth tech
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and modern RevOps tooling
- Proven ability to design forecasting models, pipeline frameworks and scalable processes
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market GTM teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial decisions
- Confidence partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
