About The Position
The Sales Support Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team by providing administrative and operational support. This role is designed for a highly organized individual with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Sales Support Specialist will assist in managing customer inquiries, preparing sales documents, coordinating orders, and maintaining customer data, enabling the sales team to focus on achieving their targets.

Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or B2B Operations.
- Hands‑on experience managing HubSpot pipelines, workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, metrics, and revenue drivers.
- Experience building reports and dashboards; strong comfort with Excel or Google Sheets.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered instead of a formal degree.
Tools & Systems (Preferred)
- HubSpot (required)
- Affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact) are a plus
- Sales and automation tools (Zapier, Lemlist, Calendly) are a plus

Responsibilities
Sales Operations & CRM Ownership
- Own and maintain HubSpot as the system of record, including workflows, automations, pipelines, and CRM hygiene.
- Track and monitor deal flow, identify stuck deals, and proactively flag follow‑ups.
- Ensure accurate pipeline structure, stage definitions, and data consistency.
Funnel Performance & Revenue Analytics
- Track funnel performance across all stages (lead → opportunity → conversion → retention).
- Translate funnel insights into clear recommendations and prioritized actions.
Reporting & Data Management
- Define and maintain structured data‑collection and reporting processes.
- Clean, reconcile, and organize data across HubSpot, Shopify, Excel, and related tools.
Sales Enablement
- Respond to sales team requests and build repeatable processes that reduce friction.
Discounts, Affiliates & Referrals
- Handle affiliate and referral partner payouts and related invoicing.
- Troubleshoot affiliate tooling and payout issues as needed.
B2B Orders & Operations
- Own end‑to‑end B2B order and sample workflows in coordination with CX, logistics, and finance.
- Ensure accuracy around pricing, taxation, delivery timelines, and fulfillment.
Details
The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and overlap with the US time zone (EST).
