Revenue Operations Manager (Mississauga, Canada)

Join our growing team as the Revenue Operations Manager for the Canada market. In this role, you will lead the forecasting, planning, and revenue performance processes that support business strategy and decision‑making. You will use advanced analytics to interpret revenue trends, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership. You will also help drive operational excellence by improving forecasting accuracy, optimizing reporting, and strengthening key revenue‑related processes.
Your Role
- Lead the end‑to‑end forecasting process for the Canada market, ensuring timely, accurate, and insight‑driven revenue projections supported by strong cross‑functional collaboration.
- Drive short‑ and long‑range revenue planning in partnership with Customer Project Management, Sales, Finance, and Business Leadership, consolidating inputs and validating assumptions across planning cycles.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into clear recommendations that support leadership decision‑making and scenario planning.
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools that enhance business transparency and support executive presentations, business reviews, and operational updates.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
You're The Right Fit If
- You have strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to understand forecasting drivers, evaluate revenue implications, and translate complex data into meaningful insights that support decision‑making.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative or operational discipline. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., MBA, CPA, CFA, PMP) is considered an asset.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You are an exceptional communicator and storyteller, capable of synthesizing large volumes of data into simple, clear narratives and executive‑ready presentations. You’re comfortable presenting insights, influencing stakeholders, and guiding leadership through revenue planning options.
- You are highly data‑savvy, technically proficient with tools such as Excel, SAP, and business analytics platforms, and you bring curiosity, creativity, and problem‑solving capabilities to improve forecasting processes and operational efficiency.

Philips Transparency Details
The annual pay range for this position is $73,500 to $115,500. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
