RevOps Data Analyst (contract)
Location: Toronto, Ontario (remote 4/5 days per week)
Reports To: Director of Revenue Operations
Term: 6-month contract with extension/full-time potential
OVERVIEW
At Greenspace, our mission is to empower mental health systems, service providers and individuals in care with the technology, insights and expertise they need to substantially improve how services are accessed, measured and delivered.
We’re looking for a RevOps Data Analyst to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) function. This is a junior, hands-on role ideal for someone who is an analytical quick-learner that is excited to build technical skills while supporting our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
In this role, you’ll be a critical component to keeping our revenue engine running smoothly and helping to push it to the next level. You’ll move fast, remove blockers, and lay the groundwork for an AI-enabled revenue organization. You’ll be guided and supported by RevOps leadership as you help operationalize data, improve workflows, and enable our teams to move faster and execute more effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. AI Outbound Engine (Targeting, Data, and Automation)
You will support the buildout and continuous improvement of our AI-powered outbound programs by:
- Structuring, cleaning, and validating data from multiple internal and external sources to strengthen targeting, ICP alignment, and outbound effectiveness.
- Assisting in the configuration, QA, and iteration of AI-generated sequences, prompts, and workflow logic within and around Salesforce, Clay, Salesloft, and other tools.
- Monitoring outbound performance data and helping identify opportunities to refine prompts, workflows, prioritization logic, and data inputs.
2. Core Revenue Operations (Admin, Reporting, Systems Upkeep)
You will help maintain and improve the systems and insights that revenue-driving teams rely on by:
- Owning recurring data maintenance, cleansing, and validation for key objects across our revenue systems.
- Building and updating dashboards and reports that give Sales, Marketing, and CS clear, accurate insight into pipeline, performance, and account execution.
- Maintaining documentation, definitions, and process clarity so teams understand how workflows, fields, and data structures function.
- Acting as a day-to-day admin for Salesforce, Clay, Salesloft, and related tools with direct coaching to grow your technical skills and confidence.
3. Cross-Functional Support (Building, Execution, and Insights)
You will help drive revenue initiatives across the organization by:
- Supporting projects and initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This includes everything from strategic enterprise targeting to building out expansion/retention frameworks.
- Assisting experiments, campaigns, and sales plays by setting up tracking, validating data flow, and surfacing insights back to GTM leaders.
- Working with RevOps leadership to troubleshoot issues, prioritize requests, and continuously improve processes and performance across teams.
