We are hiring a Business Operations Coordinator (Remote work - Part time)

We’re looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join our team and help keep the business running smoothly as we scale.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the action and taking ownership across customer experience, logistics and overall support of the strategic fields within the team (Sales, Finance, PR, etc).
What You'll Do
Working closely with the company founder, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the business and help make it more effective by optimising processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating daily business operations and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Coordinating international shipments to brand warehouses and retail partners
- Managing relationships and follow-ups with suppliers, partners, and service providers
- Updating and maintaining the KOBA website (product updates, content changes, launches, promotions, basic troubleshooting)
- Overseeing customer service operations and ensuring a high-quality, responsive customer experience
- Supporting product launches, timelines, and cross-functional projects
- Identifying inefficiencies and proactively improving systems and workflows
Who You Are
- You have at least 1–2 years of experience in operations, coordination, e-commerce or a similar start-up role
- You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- You take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do
- You have a problem solving mindset and like a challenge
- You communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and external partners
- You’re comfortable with digital tools and website updates
- You’re curious, resourceful, and genuinely interested in skincare or product-driven brands
- You are fluent in English and French is a plus
