As a key member of the rapidly expanding ECOVACS ANZ team you will be responsible for the strategic management of all current and emerging ECOVACS product categories within ANZ and overseeing all aspects of GTM (Go-To-Market). Working closely with HQ GTM, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance internally you will be the product expert, category authority and end to end launch coordinator, ensuring all critical deadlines are met. Externally, imparting your expertise to retail, distribution, media and agency partners to ensure compliance, knowledge and confidence are instilled will also be key.
Product roadmap planning, channel mapping, competitor analysis, understanding and leveraging market trends, consumer insights, field research, SWOT analysis and PLCM will also be critical aspects of your day-to-day role to ensure the go-to-market activities deliver first class results in a fiercely competitive retail landscape and align with the ECOVACS ANZ strategic vision and growth targets.
This role requires a self-starter, who feels comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and has the ability to think big while developing detailed and comprehensive plans backed by data and insights. Responsibilities

Work closely with HQ GTM function to receive, communicate and implement global category strategy as well as regional category performance KPIs from HQ.
Develop, own and execute the productroadmap under the support and guidance of HQ GTM and business owner, communicating the story to all stakeholders to ensure smooth, impactful and well-planned launches.
Drive cross functional GTM discussions and actions, ideate and facilitate a complete GTM plan and drive successful product launches in ANZ.
Develop the product pricing/channel strategy and manage the price/channel decision release/tracking/adjustment with all stakeholders.
Ideate, develop and executestrategic programs that drive categoryawareness and growthin ANZ with HQ.
Use data to measure category/product performance and drive optimization plans afterwards to optimize sell-in/sell- thru performance.
Feedback regional insights (market/user/competitor) to HQ for ongoing roadmap planning and launch planning improvement.
Responsible for product efficiency, planning and lifecycle at a sku level
Manage additional SKU requests via comprehensive supporting business cases.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years’experience in GTM, product marketing or product management programs within ANZ.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
Proven track record in consistently delivering GTM and business KPIs
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage others
Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Understanding of relevant laws and regulations in the ANZ region
Highly competent in project management and stakeholder management.
Ability to develop compelling roadmap presentations that incorporate impactful product information, market insights and relevant analysis
