👋 Thanks for stopping by and learning more about this role at Sitemate! ✨🏗️
We’d love to hear from you 👩💻👩🏽💻🧑🏿💻👨🏻💻
📝 Overview
We are looking for a BizOps Associate to join our growing Operations team; someone who’s eager to learn the fundamentals of how a fast-growing SaaS company actually works, and grow from there, a sharp generalist who can figure things out fast and make things happen even faster.
In this role, you’ll contribute to both the day-to-day and the big picture. You’ll support core operational rhythms that’ll give you a complete view of how the business actually runs, and as you build expertise, you'll identify opportunities to streamline and automate, get involved in cross-functional projects, and take on more complex strategic work.
This opportunity suits someone early in their career who wants to build a strong operational foundation and has the drive to become a high-performing generalist capable of solving complex, multi-dimensional challenges. Maybe you’ve built a strong foundation in numbers, systems, or problem-solving through study, work experience, or just being the go-to person when things need figuring out. Maybe you're naturally the person who spots inefficiencies and figures out how to fix them. If you're curious, detail-oriented, and ready to learn fast, this role will give you the space to prove yourself and grow.
You’ll report to our Senior BizOps Manager and work closely with the wider Operations team. You’ll also gain direct exposure to Sitemate’s founders, in particular our CEO. This role offers real insight into how a SaaS business operates, how executive decisions get made, and what it takes to scale without breaking things.
