The Director of Sales Operations (manufacturing) will lead the optimization of sales processes, tools, and analytics to drive revenue growth, pipeline and operational efficiency and performance. This role partners with internal teams to align operations with business goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is an onsite role in the Greater Cleveland, OH area.
Relocation support is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop processes, sales operations to deliver exceptional customer results.
- Lead, coach, and mentor team to surpass performance targets and exceed revenue goals.
- Foster client partnerships through discovery of expansion potential and NPI initiatives.
- Create roadmap for continuous improvement and scalable growth.
- Track & evaluate metrics and drive enhancements and efficiencies.
- Conduct forecasting to anticipate sales trends and support demand planning decisions.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation to drive profitability insights.
- Partner with sales, ops, and product groups to ensure profitable business, efficient and cost-effective operations, and elevated customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Manufacturing- private label, contract manufacturing or co-manufacturing
- Key strengths in sales ops, program mgmt, predictive forecasting, demand planning, and/or revenue/business development
- Leadership experience
- Background in manufacturing: Operations, Lean/CI, Customer Service, etc. is preferred
- Strong analytics, CRM proficiency, and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
