Role Overview
- You will support business partnerships and operational execution, acting as a core connective role between sales, customers, operations, and internal teams.
- This role emphasizes structure, execution, and follow-through, and is ideal for candidates interested in hard-tech and B2B operations.
Responsibilities (What You’ll Own)
- Support day-to-day execution of business collaboration and partnership projects
- Organize customer requirements, meeting notes, and action items to ensure progress
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and project reviews
- Maintain customer and partner information for long-term relationship management
- Support cross-functional coordination across sales, product, and operations teams
- Assist with proposals, project documents, and external-facing materials
Qualifications
- Strong execution ability, reliability, and sense of responsibility
- Clear logical thinking and strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Strong written English (Chinese proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to commit consistent weekly time and participate continuously
Nice to Have
- Technical background or familiarity with AI / robotics
- Experience in consulting, finance, operations, or startup environments
- Familiarity with common project management or collaboration tools
- High self-motivation and learning ability
