As a Business Operations Associate, you’ll help build and scale data-driven, AI-enabled operations for some of the most exciting beauty & wellness D2C brands in India, including
Moxie Beauty, Clay Co. , Gush Beauty, Terractive, Asaya, STIM, BE. Life, etc
What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day marketplace & D2C operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and more.
- Own MIS, reconciliations, order flows, and coordination across internal and external teams.
- Use data and automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors.
- Work closely with catalog, growth, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify gaps and support process improvements as the business scales.
Who we’re looking for
- 0–2 years experience in operations, e-commerce, or analytics.
- Strong with Excel/Google Sheets and structured problem-solving.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Based in Gurugram (In-office Role).
- MBA (Preferred not mandatory.
