Revenue Operations Executive
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Revenue Operations Executive to manage billing operations, dunning, and collections, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely revenue recovery, and a smooth customer experience. This role will support billing-related customer queries, resolve invoice and payment discrepancies, and work closely with Finance, Billing, Sales, and Legal teams to streamline processes while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate reminders for overdue invoices via email or written communication.
Follow up professionally on pending payments and negotiate payment plans.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in billing.
Handle billing-related customer inquiries and assist with dispute resolution.
Generate regular reports on collections, aged receivables, and recovery progress.
Collaborate with Finance, Billing, Sales, and Legal to streamline processes and resolve issues.
Escalate chronic or high-risk delinquencies according to policy.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in collections, billing operations, or finance-related roles with exposure to dunning practices.
Proficient in Excel for reconciliation and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail, organizational ability, and time management.
Experience in customer-facing environments or collections preferred.
