Flexing It has partnered with Our Client, a global professional services firm seeking a senior Finance Transformation Consultant to be deployed on a strategic project
The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of overall experience, including prior experience as a CFO in a Technology Services or BPO organization with USD 100+ Mn turnover. The role requires strong exposure to the services sector, hands-on experience working with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion and related add-ons preferred), and a proven ability to enhance system effectiveness while partnering closely with business stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation and process improvement initiatives, leveraging strong FP&A and strategic finance expertise
- Partner with business leaders on FP&A, budgeting, and performance management, translating insights into actions
- Drive ERP enhancements and system effectiveness, applying finance systems and process optimization skills (Oracle Fusion preferred)
- Work closely with Private Equity stakeholders on reporting and governance, ensuring financial rigor
- Provide strong PMO oversight, including planning, tracking, and execution management
- Apply a solution-oriented, problem-solving approach to address complex financial and operational challenges
- Demonstrate leadership and stakeholder management skills to ensure timely delivery of outcomes
Skills Required
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of overall experience
- Prior experience as CFO of a Technology Services or BPO organization with USD 100+ Mn turnover
- Strong exposure to the services industry (mandatory)
- Experience working with Private Equity–backed organizations
- Knowledge of US GAAP is good to have
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Ability to partner closely with business teams and translate financial insights into actionable outcomes
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Good PMO skills, including planning, tracking, and execution oversight
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of driving alignment and delivering results in complex environments
