THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our client is a private equity-backed, tech-enabled services organization seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function during a leadership transition. This is a full-time interim engagement expected to last approximately six to nine months, with overlap alongside the outgoing finance leader and eventual permanent successor.
The number one priority for this role is to ensure strong operational control of the finance function - including close execution, billing, collections, lender reporting, audit oversight, and overall financial governance - while simultaneously advancing several critical transformation initiatives.
The business operates at scale, with a sizable global workforce and complex service delivery operations. The Interim CFO will be responsible for stabilizing, optimizing, and enhancing the finance organization while partnering closely with executive leadership and ownership stakeholders.
Initial on-site presence in India is required during transition, with hybrid flexibility thereafter.

- Lead ERP optimization efforts to better leverage existing system capabilities.
- Re-engineer finance processes in light of system capabilities to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
