We are currently partnering with our family owned smaller middle-market client that is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to manage finance and accounting, partner with operations, and continue their growth projections of doubling the company in the next year to two years.
This is a group of family owned businesses that are in need a strategic CFO that has family owned company experience with $100M to $400M revenue range. They do have a Controller in place at this time. Prior acquisition experience would be helpful along with system upgrades and improving finance processes.
Culture is significant to the executive leadership group and the owners. Limited to no private equity exposure is required.
Target Salary: $180k - $230k base + bonus + stock/other incentives
Work Schedule: hybrid - MUST sit in Nashville currently or already in process of relocation
