We are looking for a CFO to manage finance and accounting, partner with operations, and continue their growth projections of doubling the company in the next year to two years.
This is a group of family owned businesses with multiple companies that need a strategic CFO; they do have a Controller in place. There are multiple projects that this person would manage.
Must have prior family owned or founder owned company experience.
Target Salary: $180k - $230k base + bonus + stock
Work Schedule: hybrid - MUST sit in Nashville currently or already in process of relocation
