On behalf of our B2B SaaS client, Procom is searching for a Marketing Manager, Mid-Market GTM (B2B SaaS) for a 15-month maternity leave coverage role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Marketing Manager, Mid-Market GTM (B2B SaaS) - Job Description:
The project involves managing go-to-market strategies for the emerging mid-market segment, focusing on multi-channel campaign execution to drive sales pipeline and lead quality. The role supports sales enablement with customer-facing assets for the Quickbooks product.
Marketing Manager, Mid-Market GTM (B2B SaaS) - Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute multi-channel GTM programs targeting mid-market prospects.
- Partner with channel teams to develop inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
- Optimize lead nurture programs to generate qualified leads for sales.
- Develop customer-facing materials and enablement tools for sales teams.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing managers to align on target segments and pipeline goals.
- Design and pilot outbound motions to build awareness and accelerate sales cycles.
Marketing Manager, Mid-Market GTM (B2B SaaS) - Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience in SaaS or tech-enabled products.
- Strong experience executing GTM campaigns tied to sales pipeline outcomes.
- Proven track record working with Sales teams.
- Expertise in campaign management, segmentation, and nurture programs.
- Data-driven with proficiency in performance metrics and optimization.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of GTM best practices.
Marketing Manager, Mid-Market GTM (B2B SaaS) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Marketing experience in SaaS, Telco, or Financial Services.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
- Proficiency with self-service data tools.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
