Marketing Manager, Mid-Market GTM (B2B SaaS):
On behalf of our B2B SaaS client, Procom is searching for a Marketing Manager, Mid-Market GTM (B2B SaaS) for a 15-month maternity leave coverage role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Marketing Manager, Mid-Market GTM (B2B SaaS) - Job Description:
The project involves managing go-to-market strategies for the emerging mid-market segment, focusing on multi-channel campaign execution to drive sales pipeline and lead quality. The role supports sales enablement with customer-facing assets for the Quickbooks product.

Marketing Manager, Mid-Market GTM (B2B SaaS) - Responsibilities:

Manage and execute multi-channel GTM programs targeting mid-market prospects.
Partner with channel teams to develop inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
Optimize lead nurture programs to generate qualified leads for sales.
Develop customer-facing materials and enablement tools for sales teams.
Collaborate with sales and marketing managers to align on target segments and pipeline goals.
Design and pilot outbound motions to build awareness and accelerate sales cycles.

Marketing Manager, Mid-Market GTM (B2B SaaS) - Mandatory Skills:

5+ years B2B marketing experience in SaaS or tech-enabled products.
Strong experience executing GTM campaigns tied to sales pipeline outcomes.
Proven track record working with Sales teams.
Expertise in campaign management, segmentation, and nurture programs.
Data-driven with proficiency in performance metrics and optimization.
Strong relationship management skills.
Extensive knowledge of GTM best practices.

Marketing Manager, Mid-Market GTM (B2B SaaS) – Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
Marketing experience in SaaS, Telco, or Financial Services.
Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
Proficiency with self-service data tools.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
