Job Details
This role will be responsible for designing, execution, and governance of B2B’s GTM strategy across segments and products. The role is responsible for driving revenue acceleration, operational excellence, and cross‑functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Strategy & Planning
- Define and drive the overall GTM strategy across customer segments, products, and channels
- Translate business strategy into clear GTM plans, priorities, and execution roadmaps
- Own annual and quarterly operating plans (AOP) including targets, coverage models, and capacity planning
Sales & Business Operations
- Drive sales operating rhythm: forecasting, pipeline governance, funnel reviews, and performance tracking
- Establish clear metrics, dashboards, and insights to improve speed, quality, and decision‑making
- Partner with Sales Leaders to improve productivity, conversion, and execution effectiveness
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure tight GTM alignment
- Act as the single point of orchestration for GTM execution across functions
Analytics & Insights
- Lead GTM analytics to generate actionable insights on segments, pricing, product mix, and growth levers
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong GTM and business strategy experience
- Understanding of sales and operating models
- High analytical and problem‑solving capability
- Ability to influence without authority
- Balance of strategic thinking and execution rigor
- Understanding of Cloud & Security technologies
Experience & Qualification
- Experience working with large sales organizations/ B2B org
- 8-15 Years of relevant experience in GTM/Sales/Strategic/Consulting role
- MBA (Tier 1 or Tier 2)
- Team handling experience
