We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer to oversee the financial performance of eight all-inclusive health clubs across Illinois and Wisconsin. This role focuses on people leadership and business partnership — leading a finance team (both in person and remote) and working closely with club and executive leaders to support strong operations and exceptional member experiences. The ideal candidate brings experience in service-driven, experience-based environments and a forward-thinking approach to data, analytics, and financial systems. You’ll oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, financial controls, and capital planning while helping guide growth and long-term investment decisions.
