Regional Channel Development Manager, specializing in waste trading; responsible for developing and managing a robust network of channels and partnerships within the waste trading sector, fostering business growth, and contributing to our sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities -
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with key stakeholders in the waste trading industry.
- Sourcing of waste material through direct & indirect sourcing channels/ formal & informal sector i.e. collectors, aggregators, retail chains and bulk consumers, dealer/ network channels.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in waste trading within the region.
- Collaborate with partners to explore new markets, expand product/service offerings, and increase revenue streams.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with waste trading partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes, industry standards, and emerging technologies impacting waste trading.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of team members.
- Regularly assess partner performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
- This is a target based job.
Location – Noida
Working Pattern - This job requires frequent market visits and travel.

Desired Skills –
- Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales and experience in target-based jobs will be preferred.
- Experience in developing and managing a robust network of channels and partnerships within the waste trading sector.
- Experience in waste trading preferred.
Experience – 7 to 10 Yrs in similar industry.
