Role Description:
Third Eye Productions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a growth-focused professional to lead business development, agency growth, client strategy, and operational execution. This role requires someone who understands the luxury, lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, and premium brand ecosystem, and can help scale the agency across both revenue and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business acquisition through networking, partnerships, referrals, strategic outreach, and pitching.
Lead end-to-end client acquisition including meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Build and grow the agency pipeline across branding, content, social media, production, and performance marketing services.
Support the positioning and growth of the agency as a premium creative and marketing partner.
Contribute to agency structure, pitch decks, portfolio presentation, website direction, and market-facing communication.
Oversee client strategy, campaign execution, creative coordination, and delivery quality.
Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention, service excellence, and upselling opportunities.
Build and manage a lean, high-performing team including creative, marketing, and account management functions.
Coordinate with freelancers, consultants, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Support the development and launch strategy for internal lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, and premium ventures.
Help establish internal systems, workflows, reporting structures, and scalable operational processes
Regularly report business growth, revenue opportunities, delivery status, and hiring progress to the founders.
Ideal Candidate:
5-10 years of experience in agency business development, client servicing, or growth operations.
Strong understanding of branding, marketing, content, and creative agency workflows.
Strong expertise in pre and post production lifecycle in an agency or media production
Prior experience working with luxury, lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, nightlife, or founder-led brands is preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, pitching, and relationship management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and take ownership across functions.
