Position: Customer Operations Specialist

Our client is a fast-growing IoT and SaaS company helping healthcare facilities automate compliance and operational workflows. Their connected devices and software platform support thousands of facilities nationwide, saving significant labor hours while improving safety and regulatory adherence. The company is scaling quickly and investing in the internal systems needed to support long-term growth.
The Role:
This role owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the company’s internal operating systems. You will act as the Product Manager for business-critical tools and workflows that support Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance—treating internal systems with the same rigor as customer-facing products.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve internal platforms including ERP, CRM, and connected tools
- Define and execute a unified RevOps and enterprise systems strategy
- Design scalable workflows across the full customer lifecycle, from lead to renewal
- Translate business needs into system requirements and technical specifications
- Improve data quality, reporting, forecasting, and decision-making
- Lead AI enablement across business functions
- Drive adoption through process design, documentation, and change management
- Evaluate and implement new tools while preventing tool sprawl
What Success Looks Like
- A cohesive, trusted operating platform replacing fragmented tools and manual work
- Clear ownership, standardized definitions, and reduced operational risk
- Accurate, timely data supporting leadership decisions and company scale
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in Business Operations, BizOps, RevOps, or internal systems roles
- Experience owning company-wide systems strategy in a scaling organization
- Hands-on leadership of ERP/CRM implementations (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of RevOps, forecasting, and revenue reporting
- Ability to communicate complex systems clearly to executives and cross-functional teams
- Must be able to be on site in NYC office
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern AI tools and automation
- Background supporting hardware, logistics, or field operations
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or integration tools
