A high-growth, private equity–backed senior living organisation is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team during an exciting phase of expansion, operational transformation, and value creation.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, partnering closely with the CEO, Board, and investors to drive financial performance, support acquisitions, and prepare the platform for its next stage of growth
The Opportunity
The CFO will take full ownership of the finance function while acting as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and private equity sponsors. You will lead financial strategy, capital planning, and performance optimisation across a multi-site senior living portfolio, ensuring the business is positioned for scalable growth and successful future exit outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management of the organisation
- Partner with the CEO and Board to deliver growth, margin improvement, and enterprise value creation
- Support M&A activity including acquisitions, integrations, due diligence, and financing processes
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and capital allocation across the portfolio
- Strengthen financial controls, reporting capability, and KPI-driven performance management
- Manage relationships with lenders, investors, and external advisors
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance function capable of supporting rapid expansion
Candidate Profile
- Proven CFO / Divisional CFO / VP Finance experience within a private equity–backed, multi-site services, healthcare, or senior living environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting M&A, integrations, refinancing, and investor reporting
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence strategic decision-making at Board level
- Experience leading transformation, systems improvement, or performance-enhancement initiatives
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial qualification preferred
