To support this next chapter, we are seeking a commercially astute and growth-oriented Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, the CFO will play a central role in shaping the financial and strategic direction of the business. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring both strategic insight and operational discipline in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
- Drive commercial outcomes including margin optimisation, productivity gains and working capital discipline
- Oversee financial systems, controls and governance frameworks
- Partner with operational leaders to support data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to the development of technology and AI enhancements to help drive productivity
- Support and execute any potential M&A activity, including due diligence, financial modelling, transaction support and post-acquisition integration
- Manage and mentor a high-performing finance function
For best success in this role, you will be an experienced CFO or senior finance executive ideally with a track record in a growing technology-led professional services business. You bring:
- Demonstrated experience in high-growth environments (organic and/or acquisition-led)
- Strong commercial acumen and financial modelling capability
- Experience building scalable finance infrastructure to support future expansion
- Proven M&A experience, including transaction execution and integration
- Company Secretarial experience would be well regarded
- Confidence operating at Executive and Board level
- CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
Experience within consulting, professional services, SaaS, tech-enabled services or Founder-led environments will be highly regarded although not essential.
