Role Overview
We are hiring a Founding GTM & Sales Lead to work closely with the founder on early customer development and go-to-market execution.
This role focuses on customer discovery, partnerships, pilot sales, and building the foundation of the commercial function as the product launches.
This is a full-time, long-term position in an early-stage company.
Responsibilities
Phase 1 — Market Discovery
- Engage fleet operators to understand workflows and pain points
- Translate customer feedback into product insights
- Identify early design partners
- Build relationships with channel partners
- Support pilot pipeline development
Phase 2 — Pilot Sales
- Co-lead pilot discussions with founder
- Manage onboarding conversations
- Refine messaging and demo narrative
- Structure early CRM pipeline
Phase 3 — Sales Ownership
- Own early sales pipeline
- Convert pilots into paying customers
- Expand customer accounts
- Formalize sales processes
- Support future team hiring
This role requires approximately 40–60% travel to meet customers and partners across India.
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years experience in sales, partnerships, or business development
- Comfortable working with operators and decision makers
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Interest in early-stage startups
- Ability to operate independently
Nice to have: experience in fleet, logistics, SaaS, or telematics hardware.

This is a founding-stage role compensated primarily through equity ownership during the initial company build phase. The structure is designed for candidates seeking a long-term founding opportunity and meaningful ownership in the company.
