About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Operations Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence for JCool across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end operational management, owning the P&L, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders, and delivering high-quality, cost-effective services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
P&L Ownership
Take complete ownership of the Profit & Loss statement for all India operations.
Monitor operational expenses and revenues to ensure profitability and budget adherence.
Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations and Projects, to ensure smooth handover and timely commencement of operations at new sites.
Establish clear communication channels and workflows for seamless project-to-operations transitions.
Vendor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance against agreed KPIs.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal requirements.
