Objective: To act as a strategic and operational partner to the Group Head – Business Operations by managing executive priorities, coordinating multi-state stakeholder engagement, supporting business reviews, and ensuring seamless execution of operational and strategic initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Calendar & Workflow Management
Act as a gatekeeper to the Group Head’s calendar, prioritizing high-impact operational and strategic engagements
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including monthly operational reviews with BU Heads
Prepare agendas, record detailed MOMs, and track action items to closure
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Business Operations function, screening requests and escalating critical matters
Operational & Project Support
Assist in preparing monthly business reports, operational dashboards, and leadership presentations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Site Operations) to collect data and align Group-level initiatives
Manage complex domestic and international travel, including visas and logistics for multi-location site visits
Communication & Documentation
Draft, review, and manage executive correspondence, presentations, and official communications
Maintain a structured and secure digital repository for confidential operational data, contracts, and board-level documents
Build and maintain professional relationships with external partners, government bodies, and key stakeholders
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Process, track, and reconcile business and travel expenses in line with company policies
- Support the Group Head on special assignments such as corporate events, summits, and strategic initiatives
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
MBA is an added advantage
5–8 years of experience supporting senior leadership in large-scale infrastructure, environmental services, manufacturing, or industrial organizations
Exposure to waste management, circular economy, or ESG frameworks is highly desirable
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Expert-level PowerPoint & Excel mandatory)
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of Telugu or Hindi is an added advantage
