The Company
Robert Half Executive Search has been exclusively retained to identify a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for this market-leading, well-established and highly regarded healthcare services provider in Perth, Western Australia. It is the fastest growing subsidiary of a top ASX listed business.
With approximately $220 million in annual revenue and a dominant presence across metropolitan and regional WA, this organisation is recognised for clinical excellence, operational scale and strong community impact. As it continues to evolve within a regulated, margin-conscious environment, it is investing in systems capability, commercial discipline and enterprise-level governance to support long-term sustainability and growth.
The Role
Reporting to and partnering closely with an industry leading CEO, the CFO will lead the finance function and contribute strategically across the business as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading financial strategy, planning and performance management across a complex multi-site operation
• Driving cost optimisation, margin improvement and capital discipline
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Strengthening governance, compliance and risk frameworks
• Leading systems integration and capability uplift across finance operations
• Partnering with operational and medical leaders to enhance commercial outcomes
• Leading and developing a high-performing finance team
Your Profile
You are a commercially astute finance leader with experience operating in a scaled, operationally intensive environment. You bring:
• CA/CPA qualification
• Solid senior finance leadership experience
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic capability
• A track record of driving performance improvement and operational efficiencies
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive partnering skills
