As a key member of the Surgery Modality, and working very closely with the International Channel Partner (ICP) Excellence Team, the GTM and Channel Excellence Leader is responsible for designing and executing market-backed channel and GTM strategies aligned with International Surgery priorities. This includes leading robust GTM analytics to determine optimal channel models, driving commercial activation, elevating partner performance, and ensuring excellence in governance, processes, tools, and data. The role collaborates closely with Modality Leaders, Sales & Service Management, Channel Partner COEs, Marketing, and Compliance. This role also ensures strong adherence to GE HealthCare standards of compliance, governance, and quality in every aspect of channel management and commercial execution.

GTM Strategy, Analytics & Governance
Design and execute GTM analyses (coverage modeling, channel economics, segmentation, capacity planning) to determine the optimal channel mix across international markets.
Establish and lead GTM governance routines supporting fact-based decisions on channel selection, roles, market entry/exit, partner investments, and long-term growth architecture.
Build and deliver commercial activation plans, demand generation, market development, co-marketing, and product launch support; all aligned to Surgery priorities.
Drive targeted growth initiatives and campaigns with partners to accelerate adoption, expand segments, and increase win rates.
Partner closely with the International Channel Partner (ICP) management team to apply and expand the ICP framework, partner profiles, scorecards, capability assessments, contracting standards, and governance.
Lead a structured cadence of monthly and quarterly performance reviews with partners and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Regional Surgery Modality Leaders across Europe, Middle East & Africa, LATAM, and Asia to identify, manage, and expand high-performing partner ecosystems.
Develop and drive a comprehensive enablement strategy covering commercial, clinical, operational, and service competencies.
Shape and deliver training programs for internal teams and partners; monitor adoption and capability uplift.
Simplify, standardize, and streamline commercial and channel processes.
Champion adoption of commercial tools (SFDC/Apttus, IB Dashboard, ITO tools) to improve visibility, forecast quality, and governance.
Develop robust dashboards and KPI frameworks for performance visibility, covering funnel metrics, coverage, productivity, compliance, capability, and growth indicators.
Transform insights into actions with both internal teams and external partners; drive continuous improvement.
Define and drive a standardized partner selection methodology (roles, responsibilities, coverage expectations, competency requirements).
Analyze and harmonize discounting, commission, and compensation policies; ensure cross-regional consistency.

Significant sales management or commercial leadership experience, including strategic selling and channel development.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Proven success working with channel partners in complex international markets.
Ability to design and execute a clear growth vision and GTM strategy.
Project management and cross-functional leadership experience.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer/market dynamics.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a complex matrix environment.
Strong influence management skills across geographies and functions.
Action-oriented mindset with a track record of overperformance.
Strong analytical and modeling skills.
Willingness to travel across the International region up to 40%.
Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
