Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in GTM strategy, product management, or management consulting.
- Experience utilizing Generative AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to automate workflows or solve operational tasks.
- Experience managing adoption for technical products and stakeholder ecosystems.
- Experience managing budgets, operational expenditure, or operational audits.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience operationalizing programs across decentralized teams.
- Proficiency with SQL to independently query adoption metrics and model business impact.
- Understanding of centralized governance models.
- Ability to prototype custom tools and experiment with emerging technologies to evaluate their functional potential.

The Cloud GTM Applied AI team is the internal AI innovation factory driving transformation within Google Cloud's Go-To-Market (GTM) organization.
As the Lead, GTM AI Strategy and Ecosystem, you will act as a primary operator within the GTM AI delivery office, serving as the connective tissue between technical innovation, operational efficiency, and field adoption.
You will identify inefficiencies in the business, design agentic solutions to solve them, and manage the operational accuracy required to scale them. You will prototype solutions, audit operational spend (OpEx) to find automation opportunities, and ensure our AI ecosystem operates as a unified machine rather than fragmented point solutions.
You are part Product Manager, part Strategy Lead, and part Prototyper, capable of translating a messy business problems into a clean AI workflow.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Be able to operationalize the AI delivery office with an AI-first mindset. Act as a strategic partner to diagnose GTM friction, prioritizing high Return on Investment (ROI) agentic solutions and managing the centralized solution catalog.
- Build proofs-of-concept and validatable prompts. Steward the delivery roadmap, balancing top-down priorities with AI garage concepts.
- Drive cultural transformation to proficiency by authoring playbooks that demystify workflows.
- Partner with marketing to translate operational wins into external 'Google-on-Google' case studies and track tangible business outcomes.
