Resource Marketplace is a startup that helps business buy/sell second hand materials.
We are looking for an extra pair of hands. You would be getting in early, earning equity and taking a chance with us to hopefully build something big.
Working alongside our founder (Chris) and code/developer (Lincoln), along with a few others, you will cover as many other tasks as possible including but not limited to:
- Marketing / social media
- Client liaison & logistics (organising trucks etc)
- Construction site visits to create listings/take photo's
- Grant applications
- Bookkeeping
You will learn a lot and gain great all-round business experience!
Ideal candidates:
- Great communication skills
- Engineering degree (any type / experience level)
- Construction experience / can identify typical items found on site
The roll can involve payment in min-wage (casual loading) with some share options, but if you are willing to take equity and founder status you could be rewarded much more with equity in the long term. Lets discuss.

Pay: $35.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 50 per week
