About the Role
We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to act as the organisation’s primary revenue generator and commercial strategist. This is a senior, non‑managerial role—ideal for a commercially astute high performer who prefers to influence, execute, and drive results hands‑on rather than lead a team.
Operating across the UK, you will work directly with the senior leadership team to shape revenue strategy, win major opportunities, and expand market share across a business‑services solutions based offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the organisation’s revenue strategy and growth plan
- Identify, pursue, and secure high‑value commercial opportunities across the UK
- Build and leverage senior‑level relationships across key client sectors
- Analyse market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to maximise commercial outcomes
- Develop pricing and go‑to‑market strategies to drive revenue performance
- Represent the business at industry events, strategic meetings, and client engagements
