As Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead the charge in defining and dominating the healthcare AI landscape across Europe and EMEA. You will leverage your deep industry expertise to build a world-class commercial organisation from the ground up, driving rapid, large-scale adoption of a category-defining AI platform that is reshaping patient care.

What you will do:
- Architect and execute the global commercial strategy to establish tortus.ai as the dominant AI solution across European and EMEA healthcare markets.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance commercial sales organisation capable of winning complex enterprise deals.
- Cultivate and manage deep relationships with CMOs and healthcare executives to drive long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate:
- 10–15 years of commercial strategic leadership experience within healthcare across European and EMEA markets.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals at organisations such as Epic Systems, Oracle Cerner, or Microsoft.
- Extensive personal network of healthcare CMOs and a strong understanding of the competitive AI landscape.
