About the Role
i11Fleet is an early-stage SaaS platform, and we are looking for a hands-on GTM & Pricing Strategy Manager who can build our commercial engine from the ground up.
This is a builder role — you will not inherit a playbook. You will create it.
You will work directly with founders to define ICP, validate pricing, structure packaging, and drive predictable revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and market segmentation
- Build and execute the GTM motion (PLG, outbound, partnerships, hybrid)
- Design SaaS pricing & packaging (tiered, usage-based, add-ons)
- Conduct market and competitor pricing research
- Run pricing experiments and iterate based on data
- Establish core SaaS metrics: ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, NRR
- Create simple dashboards and revenue models
- Identify monetization opportunities within the product
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years in SaaS GTM, Growth, or Pricing roles
- Experience working in early-stage or 0→1 environments
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and move fast
- Execution-driven mindset — strategy + implementation
