Position Overview
Global Growth & Capital Role | Las Vegas-Based | Global Remit
ActionCOACH is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to help fund, govern, and accelerate the next phase of global growth.
This is not a traditional CFO role. We’re looking for a capital-savvy, growth-oriented financial leader who knows how to raise capital, protect margins, enforce discipline, and move fast—without slowing an entrepreneurial business.
This role carries real authority, not just reporting responsibility.
Why This Role Exists
ActionCOACH is scaling globally and requires a CFO who can:
- Ensure the business always has the capital it needs to grow
- Protect profitability while scaling
- Create financing optionality (debt first, equity selectively)
- Act as a decisive economic partner to the CEO, Board, and Executive Team
- Build a finance engine that delivers fast, confident visibility across a multi-entity, global network
What You’ll Do
Capital & Cash Leadership
- Raise and structure capital to support growth
- Govern budgets, spend, and investment pacing
- Maintain confident cash runway visibility and scenario planning
- Present monthly to the Board and quarterly to investors
Commercial & Performance Discipline
- Push pricing integrity, collections, and performance discipline
- Drive ROI accountability for growth initiatives and operating spend
- Strengthen renewal and commercial economics in partnership with Legal/Operations (you are not a contract administrator)
Build a Scalable, AI-Enabled Finance Function
- Drive automation and reduce reliance on manual finance processes
- Implement AI-assisted reporting/forecasting to accelerate decision-making
- Create a unified performance reporting framework across global entities and territories
- Build systems and cadence that make financial performance visible, actionable, and hard to ignore
Leadership & Partnerships
- Serve as the CEO’s financial co-pilot and challenger
- Build trusted financial relationships with global partners and Master Licensees
- Lead and develop a high-performance finance team focused on leverage, speed, and accuracy
How Decisions Work
We operate with a 90-Day Economic Rule:
- Growth initiatives get 90 days to perform
- If results show → investment continues or accelerates
- If not → spend pauses or stops
This role is anti-unsustained growth, not anti-growth.
Who This Role Is For
You may be a fit if you:
- Have raised capital in high-growth environments
- Are commercially minded and relationship-driven
- Move fast and decide with imperfect information
- Are comfortable pushing senior leaders to hit numbers
- Thrive in entrepreneurial, global, multi-entity businesses
- Prefer leverage, automation, and partners over bureaucracy
This Role Is NOT For You If You…
- Prefer policy over performance
- Avoid conflict or difficult conversations
- Need perfect data before acting
- Over-engineer systems
- Want a slow, back-office CFO role
Location & Compensation
- Based in Las Vegas, Nevada
- Global remit from Day One
- Strong base salary
Performance-based bonus tied to:
- Capital raised
- Cash runway and forecasting accuracy
- Margin protection / profitability
- Commercial discipline outcomes (pricing/collections)
- Enterprise value creation
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to:
- Work directly with the CEO
- Influence global growth strategy
- Raise and deploy capital at scale
- Build a scalable, AI-enabled finance operation
- Be a visible, trusted financial leader in a global organization
If you’re a CFO who wants real impact, real authority, and real responsibility, we want to hear from you.
Interested? Confidential conversations welcome.
