Executive Operations Partner - Stealth AI Startup
Our client is a stealth-stage AI startup based in San Francisco. They are a small, well-funded team of exceptionally technical founders building at the intersection of AI infrastructure and cybersecurity.
The Role
This is the company's first operations hire. As Executive Operations Partner, you'll be the person who owns everything that isn't product - giving the founders the space and focus to keep building. You'll come in with no playbook and build the operational foundation from scratch.
What You'll Own
- Legal & compliance setup
- Banking, finance, and vendor management
- HR infrastructure and onboarding as the team grows
- Internal systems, tooling, and workflows
- Executive support and founder calendar/comms management
- Office buildout and facilities coordination (SF-based)
Who You Are
- You've been an EBP, Chief of Staff, or Operations lead at an early-stage startup before
- You thrive with ambiguity and don't need to be told what to do twice
- You're highly organized, discreet, and comfortable owning sensitive information
- You have experience standing up ops functions from zero
- Bonus: exposure to technical founders or deep tech environments
