I am hiring for Business Operations Partner – Capability & Practice Support
Location: Telford, United Kingdom (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)
Job Description:
- Deliver the Practice’s 6–12 month capability plan in collaboration with TWFP, L&D, and Head of Practice, focusing on training, certification, and strategic development initiatives.
- Drive capability transformation programmes, including Academy and leadership initiatives, ensuring defined KPIs and learning outcomes are achieved.
- Build and manage external partner relationships to enhance professional development and certification pathways.
- Utilise performance and skills data to identify capability gaps, align bench resources with demand, and provide staffing insights.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight of capability spend in line with strategic objectives.
- Lead onboarding strategy and community engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and development participation.
