PURPOSE
Facilitate governance and proper management of client requests, working with multiple internal and external customers to deliver various contracts and knowledgeable responses.
Key Accountabilities
- Creating solid relationships with multiple internal and external customers facilitating detailed requests, ensuring communication and accuracy of contracts such as CDAs, RFIs, RFPs, proposals, SOWs, change orders, etc. Identifying proper escalation paths to Atorus teams.
- Partner with Account Reps to help with document management, so they can focus more time on selling.
- Liaising with internal operations and Account Reps to deliver detailed pricing of Atorus software and services to our clients.
- Active CRM management and opportunity creation/qualification to ensure cross functional transparency to Sales, Operations, and leadership.
- Building actionable reporting on request turnaround times, pinpointing gaps, and recommending efficiencies.
- Coordinate those resources to develop solutions when faced with customer or internal challenges.
- Assisting in ad hoc projects as required.
- Domestic Travel as needed to current clients
DECISION MAKING AND INFLUENCE
Key piece in influencing and creating good relationships with internal Account Reps and Client’s Clinical Operations, Business Operations, and Project Managers regarding potential efficiencies. Ultimately work to help find cross sell and upsell of Atorus software and services
Essential
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Experience in key account management, data, and renewals
- Knowledge of standard sales processes
- Well versed in internal and external operations that would drive revenue recognition.
- Highly organized and used to working across multiple commercial and operational functions to create on time deliverables
- Identifying and providing analytics to Sales Leadership
- Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner
- Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
Desirable
- Prior experience working at a CRO, management consulting, and/or life science technology company
- 5 years of sales operations, sales support, contracts management experience and a proven ability to oversee all aspects of the customer relationship.
- Desire to learn sales functions to graduate into a sales role
