Sales Operations Manager (Onsite – La Mirada, CA | Full-Time, M–F)
Robert Half Technology is partnering with a well-established organization in Cypress, CA to hire an analytical, process-driven Sales Operations Manager. This role is ideal for a Sales Ops / RevOps professional who enjoys building structure—optimizing workflows, strengthening CRM discipline, improving forecasting, and delivering clean reporting that helps a sales team scale.
Responsibilities
Sales Process Optimization
- Build, refine, and standardize end-to-end sales workflows to improve speed, consistency, and execution
- Create and document sales playbooks, SOPs, and operational frameworks to drive adoption and accountability
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements and automation to reduce friction across the funnel
Reporting, Analytics & KPI Management
- Develop and manage dashboards tracking KPIs, pipeline health, and performance
- Deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting for leadership and the sales team with actionable insights
- Build and maintain forecasting models that improve predictability and decision-making
Technology, Tools & CRM (HubSpot)
- Own CRM (HubSpot) data integrity, optimization, workflows, and reporting
- Improve CRM adoption, governance, and consistency across the sales team
- Evaluate and implement tools/integrations to streamline execution and improve visibility
Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Equip the sales team with training, materials, and operational support to execute consistently
- Partner with marketing/leadership on segmentation, outreach strategy, and messaging alignment
- Translate sales leadership strategy into operational execution across teams
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Operations and/or Revenue Operations (RevOps)
- Strong background in process design, documentation (SOPs/playbooks), and training
- CRM expertise—HubSpot strongly preferred (workflows, automation, reporting, data hygiene)
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented; confident presenting insights to leadership
- Bonus: exposure to B2B, manufacturing, or commercial design/interiors/décor environments
Salary Range & Work Modality
- Work Modality: Onsite (M–F) in Cypress, CA
- Compensation: $110,000 -$125,000 + Benefits
