Role Overview
Work on real CXO-level outreach and hiring workflows in an early-stage setup.
We are looking for a Talent & Operations Intern to support and execute hiring, outreach, and day-to-day operational workflows through hands-on ownership in a real business environment.
Location: Remote
Duration: ~3 months
Stipend: A learning-first internship (no stipend), with high ownership and real execution exposure
Key Learnings
Hiring & Outreach
- Source candidates and build target lists using LinkedIn and other channels
- Draft and manage outreach (messages, follow-ups, responses) across candidates and stakeholders
- Coordinate interviews and maintain structured hiring trackers
- Own follow-ups, track conversations, and ensure closure across hiring workflows
Operations & Systems
- Build and maintain trackers, templates, and basic SOPs
- Support day-to-day operational workflows (task tracking, coordination, execution follow-through)
- Assist in improving internal processes and workflow efficiency
- Assist in managing and optimizing the internal tech stack (CRM, project management tools, basic automation workflows)
- Capture notes, define next actions, and maintain execution continuity across workflows
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Preferred background: management, commerce, or non-technical disciplines (e.g., BBA/MBA in HR or Operations, BCom), or demonstrated interest in hiring / operations workflows
- Preferred: candidates with prior internship experience or exposure to structured work environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (clear, concise communication)
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional communication and research
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Google Sheets and PowerPoint
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
- Requires consistency in communication and follow-ups
