Role Description
This is a full-time remote Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, including strategic financial planning, monitoring and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting. The role also includes leading financial analysis, managing budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders to support business decisions and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance, with a strong understanding of budgeting and capital management
- Experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership, decision-making abilities, and collaborative skills for team management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- Extensive experience in a senior financial management role
- Familiarity with international financial regulations and practices is a plus
